How much to eat?
Eat 6-8 bookies at a go (recommended serving size to start) with our Lactation Teas or a glass of whole milk at least 2 hours before your next pump/latch session. Increase your intake if you don't feel a change, decrease your intake if it was like WHEEE! (See FAQ for more info) Try to eat AT LEAST 3 times a day!!

How does our bookies work?
Once you feel the let down at any point of time, latch or pump immediately. Removal of milk helps your body to produce more milk thinking that baby is drinking more. Remember more milk removal = more milk gonna be produced.
How long does it takes to see effect?
Eat 6-8 bookies at a go (recommended serving size to start) with our Lactation Teas or a glass of whole milk at least 2 hours before your next pump/latch session. You may feel fuller/ more let downs by that evening, or it may take a few days before you notice a boost in supply. Some women may not experience an increase; each body is different and responds differently to foods.
Who should avoid eating lactation cookies?
Basically anyone in the family can eat the cookies. However, Gooberr Bookies are not suitable for pregnant ladies.
