Fill up your details and viola, you are now part of the Gooberr Fam Community. You can start earning points now!

Are there any charges to join the Gooberr Fam?
Absolutely no! Like our products that do not contain any yuckies, our Gooberr Fam Rewards Program only contain goodies for you and your friends!

What if I used different/multiple emails for my past purchases?

Each email used = 1 account. Hence, by using different/multiple emails for past purchases, they would be considered individually.

We are unable to combine and/or transfer points from your separate accounts.

How can I share about Gooberr Fam Rewards Program with my mom-to-be friends?

Aww, thank you for thinking of us for your mom-to-be friends! We are also happy to share that we have included a Referral system.

All you have to do is refer your friend to sign up and make their first purchase. Once done, each of you will get a 5% off coupon. Simple as that!

Others things to take note:

  • In order for birthday points to be awarded, you have to enter your birthday you’re your account at least 30 days in advance.

    • For e.g., your birthday falls on 05 August. You must enter your birthday by 06 July for the points to be credited to your account.

  • Don’t worry, the points that you’ve earned and collected will not expire!

  • There is no cap on the amount of points that you can redeem.

  • Points cannot be redeemed or stacked together with other promotion or discount codes.

  • You will only start earning points after you have created an account! So, remember to not check-out as a guest.

    • *NOTE: If you have purchased before without first creating an account (as a guest), and now decide to create an account, NO points will be credited retrospectively. 

  • Points cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable.

  • Gooberr reserves the right to amend the terms and reward structure without prior notification.
